Our Management Protocol
Each site secured by SSS has strategic support from our dedicated operational and administrative management team who have many years’ experience within the security industry.
Our management team maintains a ‘hands on approach’ which is pro-active and effective. As permanent security contractors on site, we work closely with your emergency and risk management teams, to provide the necessary security co-ordination, which best serves your unique and individual security needs.
Our security managers are required to physically visit all the sites under their safe keeping, on a regular basis (depending on your needs), to ensure all relevant and agreed security protocols are being carried out properly.
Management site visits are utilized to:-
- Identify and promptly deal with any incidents that may have occurred on site;
- Identify areas where training or re-training is required, to ensure that our security guards carry out their duties in a professional, effective and responsible manner;
- Identify security measures that can be implemented to enhance the overall security loss control function at the specific site in question.
